What the site will never ask you for
- Your seed phrase, private key, or recovery words.
- Remote access to your device or “support” screen-sharing to claim tokens.
- Signing unexpected approvals you didn’t initiate yourself.
How the platform reduces abuse
- Rate limits on wallet checks and claims (to reduce spam/bots).
- IP-based limits (max wallets per IP) with temporary restrictions on abuse.
- One-claim-per-wallet enforcement; repeat checks show “already claimed” and a breakdown.
Withdrawal safety
- Withdrawals are gated by referral requirements and an “open at” date.
- Network fees (when enabled) are small and chain-specific; you should see them clearly in-app before submitting.
- Always verify URLs and contract/wallet addresses from the official app UI.
Phishing checklist
- Type the domain yourself (avoid DMs with “claim now” links).
- Verify the address shown in-app before sending funds.
- If anything feels off, stop and contact support via the official contact page.
